On behalf of the organizing committee, it is our great pleasure to cordially invite you to attend the First Part and Second Part of the Maritime and Port Logistics (MPL) of the XXIV International Conference on Material Handling, Constructions and Logistics, MHCL 2024, which will take place in Wien and Bar during September and December 2024

The main goal of the MPL of the MHCL 2024 is to make the scientific/research exchange between similar academic Departments and Institutes from different countries, as well as individual researcher in the maritime research field, in order for possible professional cooperation or to apply for international programs or bilateral research and scientific projects offered by scientific institutions. The main objective of these MPL of the MHCL 2024 is to be a forum to exchange of ideas and discussion of new results and crucial achievements in the Maritime and Port Logistics field, with respect to better understanding of MPL–Sustainable and Smart Maritime and Port Logistics fundamental properties as well as applications from technical viewpoints in order to track the current achievements, but also to look at the future developments.

Themed “Sustainable and Smart Maritime and Port Logistics” of the MHCL 2024 is devoted to providing an interactive platform for international universities, institutions, industry leaders, global stakeholders and related associations to collaborate and discuss technical, technological, environmental, sustainable development, economic, policy, and operational management issues. Selected quality papers will be recommended for publication in the Special Issues of the following scientific journals
